simulation library that allows for the simulation of coarsely modeled smartphone and sensor-network system achitectures using highly detailed energy models. It was developed during research in the SFB-876
A1 and A4 projects. MobiSIM
was described in a paper published and presented at the Annual Simulation Simposium 2013 (ANSS'13) in San Diego.
At the current stage, MobiSIM
has a generic model for LTE communication that was pre-parametrized for simulating HTC Velocity 4G devices (among others). MobiSIM
also covers a broad set of embedded system components (CPU, RAM, communication, batteries, ...).
